[sldev] Define for wiki: Boost hell...?

Hi Tom

Let me clarify: it's not possible to provide a single compiled Boost
library that works for both VS 2005 and VS 2008. It's quite possible to
separate libraries for VS 2005 and VS 2008 respectively...we just
haven't gotten around to it.
