I've experienced this with the 1.23 RC viewer. I had changed my shirt
and logged off. Then the next day I logged in and changed my shirt
again, only to discover when someone sent me a snapshot that they were
seeing me wearing the shirt I had changed out before I had logged off
the last time. No amount of rebaking or changing seemed to fix this.
I logged into the 1.22 viewer and rebaked and the problem was fixed
immediately.
