[sldev] [HELP] Generating from HG repo fails

When running cmake on a checkout of
http://bitbucket.org/lindenlab/http-texture/ I get the following error:

This doesn't happen with
https://svn.secondlife.com/svn/linden/projects/2009/http-texture which
builds just fine. This is on gentoo linux with Unix Makefiles as CMake
Generator.

Has anyone else observed this? Is the HG repository missing files?
