[sldev] SNOW-25: XUI updates for Snowglobe

menu_login.xml: <menu_item_call bottom="-29" enabled="true" height="19"
label="Second Life Help" left="0"

The help link leads to the support portal at secondlife.com. I think it
would be best to leave the string that way. Anything else would not make
sense, unless you plan to have it not link to http://secondlife.com anymore.
