Comments are open. They were moved -with a bit of lag in the 
process- to a separate page, as usual in the new blogs setup:

Tip:
when I saw that comments were closed, I wrote an email
to the LL employee who had written the post - after 
a few hours, I got a reply with an explanation and 
some details.
