someone uploaded another GL-windows-20080613.tar.bz2 and overwrote the 
correct file invalidating the checksum of older install.xml

the recent GL-windows-20080613.tar.bz2 and the former 
GL-windows-20080613.tar.bz2 differ not only by size, but by contents as 
well. The original file that is expected by almost all install.xml is 
372004 bytes and has a MD5 of e6ba152b7edd4ad2c9db4f9ff7bd38e1. The file 
that is found recently at the same position is only 55613 in size with 
MD5 of 768030927c83e1d9e78f31625dfd678c. Most people still have the 
expected file in their cache and therefore do not experience that bug.
