[sldev] How can I use distcc outside LL?

Developers,

Another question.

Although I'm not sure, I have a feeling that the current develop.py
enables distcc on Linux only when invoked in LL.  It seems that
develop.py creates makefiles containing hard-coded /usr/bin/g++ in
them when invoked outside LL.

How can I use distcc to build viewer?
