RelWithDebInfo is default

For debug i use ./develop.py -t Debug configure && ./develop.py -t Debug build
For Release ./develop.py -t Release configure && ./develop.py -t Release build

you need to specify it for both the configure and the build line, for some
reason i couldnt get DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE:STRING to work directly last time i
tried

you should have a sepreate directory for each build

like viewer-linux-x86_64-release and viewer-linux-x86_64-debug

Khyota :)
