[sldev] VC++ 2005 Express Users

Wow, okay..

I think this means that we really need some love at 
https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-9541 (Boost Hell!) and to push 
for VS2008 support round the board.

I maintain a viewer which has been patched to support VS2008, so i'll 
submit the appropriately modified files to the jira in just a moment, 
/but/ i will need someone to test to make sure the build can still be 
completed on VS2005 once the modification has been made?
