The lip sync feature doesn't have to be added. It's already there. But
many people (like yourself) don't know it exists because it is disabled
by default and must be enabled using the "Advanced" menu, which again
many people don't know exists, because it too is disabled by default and
can only be enabled with a ctrl-alt-d key combination.
