I was not so lucky as it blue-screened for me on start-up! I never had 
that happen before that I recall. It hung for a long time on the 
"clearing cache" step and then blue-screened. On restarting, I was able 
to run Snowglobe just fine though I keep getting system messages about 
the "name.cache" file being corrupt and unreadable and that I should run 
chkdsk.  :~(  I think I'll try uninstall/reinstall instead and see if 
that helps. Below is the text of the Windows Event Viewer data on the event.
