[sldev] VS Express 2005 & 2003 ?

I happened to be checking www.pricewatch.com last week, and I saw 
some vendors listed there that claimed to have VS 2003 
in-stock.  Still at the full retail price, but at least it is available.

I spent a few weeks, quite some time ago, trying to compile the 1.19 
viewer with VS2005, and never could get it to compile, and have given 
up on compiling viewers as a lost cause.
