[sldev] Snowglobe 1.2 RC coming soon

Hi folks,

Barring any unforeseen complications, Snowglobe 1.2 RC 2 builds should be
rolling off the build machines, finishing on all platforms in about an
hour.  Changes:

*  SNOW-342: Allow mime_types.xml to be in app_settings, works on VS dev
environment
*  SNOW-347: Remove display text, icons, and voice visualizations from
snapshots when UI is hidden
*  SNOW-343 : Allow application/smil mime_type to be played by quicktime and
gstreamer.
*  Updated the source contributor lists in Help/About
