[sldev] Source bundles for 1.2.4 available

Hi,

Last week Techwolf asked for the source tarballs for RC4 to be made
available somewhere. I did that today and updated the download page:
   https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Source_downloads

Let me know if something doesn't work right (I tested and retested but
that's my first time building those things...).
