[sldev] Where can I find the advanced menu in source code?

The menu is located in its entirety inside llviewermenu.cpp
there are a few functions that set it up, one for the advanced menu, known
as client, and on for the admin menu, known as server.
searching for any of the menu items should produce the code that sets up the
menu.
