[sldev] Snowglobe 1.1.3

Hi folks,

The new Snowglobe 1.1.3 builds are available on the wiki download page now:
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Download_Snowglobe

I've done a really quick smoke test on Windows, Mac and Linux, but I'm
hoping some of you will also give it a shot.  If all is quiet over the
weekend, we will push this out onto the main download page.
