[sldev] Autotranslation build to try out

Do these builds function anything like the build that Joy Ying Zhang
worked on previously? http://mlt.sv.cmu.edu/secondlife/
I seem to recall the auto-translation had lag problems, freezing up the
viewer etc. while the translations were fetched.
