[sldev] List rename?

Yes, soon. Merov will make the announcement when we're cutting over
and members will be moved over.

sldev is an ambiguous name, also used by an in-world solutions
provider program unrelated to open source development. (They were here
first.) A name based on "open source development" makes the focus of
the list more clear.
