[opensource-dev] Snowglobe 2.0 and viewer-external merges

SNOW-658 doesn't reproduce for me on a Snowglobe with the latest
viewer-external (up to 3359) merged over just for the record :o. None of the
related JIRAs seems to have a step-by-step repro though so not sure if I'm
just missing something (ie send a group notice resulting in one notification
and click with or without reading; or pay L$ resulting in one notication and
click with or without reading... no issues).
 
I'm also not sure what happens if multi-wearables get reverted? *confuzzled*
Nyx said to file JIRAs/patches under SNOW but if it's no longer part of
Snowglobe then that wouldn't really make any sense since they couldn't
possibly get imported there anymore.
