[opensource-dev] What is the license status of UI sounds ?

So, how should we get the ball rolling on (hopefully) getting the UI
sounds released under the same CC-BY-SA-3.0 license as the UI artwork?
File a JIRA? Poke a certain Linden? Bribe with chocolate? :)
