[opensource-dev] ER-480 fix brought a showstopper

Hi all,

Has anybody noticed this already ? Basically the current viewer in v-d
has a malformed notifications.xml file, breaking it completely as soon
as you raise the camera controls floater.

If it hits viewer-release, this will become a showstopper right away.
Suggest immediate fixin'.
