I'm pretty sure it doesn't, any more than LSL or any other scripting  
language does.

Though since the only people I know using the GPL on LSL scripts have  
said they're not actually going to make any attempt to enforce most  
of the clauses that's kind of academic.

About the only way you could build a GPL cutout would be an interface  
through a network socket, maybe using HTTP...
