[sldev] Duel monitors

The avatar appearance editor moves the center of focus, so there's code
in there to do it somewhere.

The tricky part is getting the information about the monitor arrangement
and relating it to SL's window, this would require platform specific
code. Since all window handling is apparently platform specific anyway,
I guess that isn't much of a stretch.

I would imagine trying to automatically adjust the view would be much more
work than would really be worth it. Better to simply give them something to
adjust it manually, an x/y offset in the preferences at minimum, or a UI dot
of some kind that you could drag to to set center.

Of course for me, I just plan to go SLI and get a 3rd monitor ;)

Just noticed the e-mail, is that you K?

I tried tried it myself with just panning to the side. To me, the
distortion was just too much, but everyone has their own tolerance levels.
