[sldev] Are the voice components redistributable?

They (Vivox SDK) use OpenAL to do everything; recording from your 
microphone, playing back other avatars voice through your speakers, etc. 
Seems like one more reason to push forward on the OpenAL replacement 
patch(es) for FMOD. I'm not sure what the srtp.dll and tntk.dll files 
are but you can always take a look at the import tables of libraries and 
executables to get a basic idea of what is going on.
