[sldev] Are the voice components redistributable?

Ah, they are using OpenAL to do the spatial audio! There may be some interesting opportunities there in terms of adding spatial audio to other audio sources in SL, and possibly even audio occlusion.

Both alut.dll and wrap_oal.dll are part of the OpenAL libraries from Creative. These SDK's are free so there should be no problem redistributing those dlls

ortp.dll is presumedly from the oRTP project - see http://www.linphone.org/index.php/eng/code_review/ortp this is LGPL so no problem there.

srtp.dll I would guess is for secure RTP but I don't know its heritage, and tntk.dll I haven't a clue
