[sldev] [META] Message Labeling (was: Jira to split SLDEV intoparts)

Hi,

There are only 20 or so people that regularly post.

Another 10-20 post occasionally.

The other 500 seem to lurk.

Some of us do change the subject line as the message content changes, it's good list etiquette and tends to group things into
proper threads.

There will always be careless people that forget, and the mannerless that won't.  But that's no reason to abandon trying to be
civilized and create order amidst the disorder.
