It's a bit uncalled-for to say this was "derailed".

Some of us have just found other ways to say things without showing an 
exploit that would break terms.

It includes STL and a few other factors. I sent details to the internal 
security list a months ago.

There are very valid reasons to research dependencies and make a well 
thought-out choice about Visual Studio (& Windows target version).
