[SLDEV] Compile on visual studio 2008

Here is how i did it..


install vs..

Follow the setup on the wiki for the libs and 3rd party libs.
download vs 2005 c++ express
copy the algarythim file from VS 2005 to your vs 2008 dir... There is a
known bug in it... and its being addressed next patch. so you have to use
2005's one.

I had to unload test project.. I also had to remove all references to the
Logitech LCG keyboard. (for some reason i did not have the lib).


After that it compiles just fine.
