[sldev] eventlet/mulib beta-1 are dead, now in trunk

When we moved eventlet and mulib into the public svn repository, we  
branched a beta-1 branch which our internal repositories continued to  
track. However, this continued for several months, and trunk and  
beta-1 started to diverge. Since there were useful bug fixes in both,  
it was impossible to have a checkout that had all known bugfixes.

I have now merged beta-1 of both eventlet and mulib back into the  
respective trunks. Along the way, some bugs were fixed. I also merged  
my mulib collaborative-editor branch into trunk, for anyone who has  
been following that development.
