I believe that's OK.  I understand your effort and difficulties of
external negotiation.  I also understand your lawyers need to be very
careful.  It was better if you informed this before or when the
WindLight source was distributed.

However, hard-to-build source is far better than nothing, and I
appreciate LL for distributing the first look viewer source, not
waiting for legal clarification of glh license.

Please keep distributing more sources, even in case they are
incomplete, work-in-progress, or otherwise not ready in an aspect.
