[sldev] JIRA e-mail notifications

Does anyone know how to enable e-mail notifications on JIRA?  It would
be really useful.  I just looked at a bug report of mine today and it
had a comment, it would have been nice to not have to pool the
reports.

The 'Your profile' page has a field for Email, and the 'Update User
Preferences' has e-mail options, but I don't see where I set an e-mail
address.
