[sldev] mono embedded on SL client

Hey Jim, maybe you can Open Source your mono VM API contracts now so
we can fit in our mono vm in such a way that it can easily be replace
with yours when it gets open sourced.

Unless you can give us some ideas on what your timeline for your mono
vm is going to be..
