These binary files are included in the pre-compiled library bundle.  
We identified 10 separate distinct packages which could be assembled  
but felt that was too many. We decided to package the static  
libraries, dynamic libraries, and various other generated files into  
the platform specific downloads to bring the total download count to  
5 for everything or 2 (from us) if you wanted to make a platform  
specific build from scratch or the easy way.

My bad. That is a reference to a set of unit tests for the database  
wrapper libraries. I forgot to instruct the exporter to extract it  
from the project file. The next release will not have that reference.
