[sldev] Source code for Second Life Viewer 1.13.2.12 released

Hi all,

The source code for the recently released Second Life Viewer version
1.13.2.12 is now available here:

Also newly included on the Source_archive page is a more detailed
explanation of how we do branching, as well as a diagram showing the
releases so far.

That's the fun stuff.  Now for me to confess:  I totally botched the
1.13.2.11 release (on Wednesday), and for a couple of hours this
evening, 1.13.2.12 was also messed up.   The source code advertised as
1.13.2.11 was actually identical to 20070112a, due to a configuration
error on my part.  For a couple of hours, 1.13.2.12 was identical to
20070117a.  To fix the problem, I updated 1.13.2.12, removed the links
for 1.13.2.11, and now everything that remains on the page above is
correct.  Thanks to "mr50" on the #opensl list for pointing out the
problem and being persistent.
