Changing the environment might be a bit drastic, but a bar in the upper edge
displaying threat level would be fine.

Most people would not be ok with being part of a botnet, nor would they be
ok with it being used to take down websites.

A community whitelist is a good idea, though i would have done it as an
averaged community whitelist. *shrug*
