[sldev] Building LLMozLib?

Building llmozlib is somewhat difficult, so we package that pre-built  
and provide instructions for building it from mozilla/ubrowser  
sources if you are so inclined.

If you happen to be on windows with msvs 2003 or on a mac, the  
instructions are fairly complete for acquiring and building the library:
