Kamilion, you just became my new best bud! That is the entire vision put 
into your message is perfect!

I like to use what you wrote as a start for a wiki-page on this resident 
(community) project.

As for what can be cached (asset-wise), I suggest to stay with static 
data. This is where I like to see that extra "prim-parameter" mark 
prim/asset as "archive"-able. The dance floor is a great example. Part 
of it is known to be static and another part of it is known to be 
non-static. The archive bit would tell the slcaches to go ahead and 
cache the non-static portions. The archive bit is lower-priority for now.
