[sldev] UI Skin

Hi everyone,

Sorry to be a stupid noob, but what extra stage to you have to do to
get the UI to resemble the official build on a custom build from
(standard) source (with Visual C 2003.Net). I seem to be missing the
various top bar icons and the graphics used for the buttons at the
bottom and various preference menus etc.
