[sldev] Doxygen docs updated

Hi!

Previously I mentioned I had doxygen docs here:
http://doc.daleglass.net/index.html

And people seemed to find the idea useful. The docs out of date though,
as they were generated from rather ancient source.

I just fixed the script to regenerate them daily against my "release"
branch daily. This should be reasonably up to date as it's what I use as
my normal viewer.

So, if anybody has an use for this, feel free to use the copy hosted on
my server.
