It's been my experience that when people have problems with a product they
will contact the seller/creator via the name listed in the Creator attribute
of the object in question.
Suggestions:
Detect when the profile dialog has been invoked from the creator
"Profile..." button on the edit object dialog. When a user clicks on the IM
button in the profile dialog, it checks to see if the creator is on the mute
list and presents a dialog to that effect.
Or... to further simplify this you could always warn when a person is muted
when any UI action to IM them is performed.
No need to detect if someone has purchased anything etc.

Except according to Soft the UI guys at LL want to cut down on the number of
configuration options not increase them - I suggest making the setting
accessible through debug settings only?
