[sldev] Moving the permissions window

I raised this with Rob Linden, who suggested I post the issue here. It also relates to Able Whitman's recently debit permissions patch.

As well as making the permissions dialog different, I would suggest moving it to a different part of the window than the normal permissions.

Whenever I buy from a vendor in SL, typically two windows pop-up ("You have paid xxx" following by "You have received..."), I've lost count how many times I have gone to click on the former, and the latter has popped up just as I click, and I end up clicking (luckily on keep) in the former. Maybe by timing is just strangely tuned to the delay between the two popup windows ;-)

It did occur to me, that it would be very easy to script a dialog followed by the permissions request, in the hope that someone would go to close the first and end up accepting the permission by mistake.

The solution would be to have the window appear somewhere different from the normal dialogs. In many ways this would also have the effect of highlighting the window as different (as per Able Whitman's patch) but in a manner which would also work fo those suffering colour blindness.
