[sldev] VS8 Project Files

I think I succeeded in making a working set of VS8 sln and
project files.  As it appears, most of my problem came from
a bug in VS2005 where the linker acted erratically because I
had unloaded win_crash_logger and win_updater without taking
them out of the newview dependencies.

However, attached is a set of sln/vsprops/vcproj files which
should be entirely independent of the VS2003 files.  I.e.
you should be able to unpack them onto the linden/indra
tree, it will only overwrite the *_vc8.* files (and leave
the 2003 solution files alone) and should work right out of the
box if you open indra_complete_vc8.sln

I'd be grateful if someone could test this with 1.16 and 1.17
(the files were made for 1.17.0.9).  If it works out, I'll
put them on JIRA for download and either they make their way
into the Linden archive or we can link them there from the
WIKI to make installation still easier.

Btw, big thanks and kudos! to the guy who came up with the
idea for using the vsprops file!
