[sldev] Compiling under VS2005

With the vcprops file it's actually pretty simple
to convert (the instructions on the wiki were updated
accordingly today by someone). But I still think
since those vc8 files are already in the archive,
building vc8 based on those may have the chance
to get them into the source distribution and I guess
the last one (had they worked) would have lasted
three versions at least. And for guys like me who
is using VS2003 and VS2005 having separate ones has
a bit of extra benefit as well.

But my reasoning is also to make the compilation
easier for the average guy (or gal) by just giving
them a project to open (the stuff around with the
libs is still enough).
