[sldev] Particles in the new viewer.

I sent you a modded camp fire script in-world that shows the problem REALLY
BAD. :D Seeing it should be no problem if your system is affected. It was
"introduced" in the 1.15 release, most if not all through beta if I remember
right (bug reported it then), but contrary to the jira entry it is not
/entirely/ new. Particles did this before but in extremely rare
circumstances and they were much more subtle. Something in 1.15 made this
bug LEAP out.

I know what you mean about finding this bug being a PITA, don't strain
yourself over it. I was just wondering if you had looked at that as well
since you had done some work with the particles. This would be far easier
for LL to debug :/ Bugs like this /should/ be debugged internally the
instant they are introduced as the coder that is responsible is closest to
remembering exactly what he did at the time as opposed to weeks or months
later, also easier to diff in the repository too, less clutter to sift
through 2-3 version later trying to find the exact point that the break
occurred. I've always subscripted to the theory that bugs should be handled
in a LIFO fashion.
