[sldev] Live session dumps from the REST protocol

I started a wiki page at https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/REST to save 
example protocol dumps for each type of REST message as they are added. 
A raw XML dump would be the best way to go, but right now I'm just using 
the tree format that libsecondlife outputs. Please feel free to add any 
that you don't see on the page already, or add extended documentation 
for the ones there.
