[sldev] CPU and GPU statistics

While assembling sldev-traffic for the week, I realized this email,
and my response, had been private. Dirk confirmed that it was a
mistake, and that it was okay to respond to the list.

llprocessor.cpp is LL source. We're more than willing to accept any
patches for additional information reporting you'd find helpful in
viewer hacking. The Linden guru behind the initial report confirms
willingness to run another report after the info's been added.
