Why does jira require login? Just to download a patch? This is
incredibly obnoxious. One, it constantly logs me out. Two, I can't just
drag and drop the link to my xterm and wget it, because wget doesn't
have the authentication cookies.

Also obnoxious is the fact it seems to set the mime types to random
things. Half the time I can't just view the patch in my web browser
because of the mime type. Though arguably that's Galeon being retarded.

Please make jira not require login to view bugs and download patches.
