Sorry it's a pain; it's a product of integrating our authentication with
JIRA, where we thought it was safe to use /secure in the URL as a key
for when to require SSL and login.  Please log problems with JIRA as
issues under the "WEB" project (though there are already issues logged
there).

I've let our vendor know, but having issue reports will help me keep
track of the issues.
