Hi David,

I fixed VWR-99, not VWR-157, which is a different problem.  The problem
I fixed was that there were mixed CRLF and LF within the same file in
every file the zipfile with a copyright header, due to the copyright
header being generated with LF.

My understanding is that the first few batch of files you reported are
fixed in our internal repository, but that others may have cropped in. 
The problem there is that there's an svn property that needs to be set
on checkin, which hasn't been set on these new files.
