Hi folks,

As you might know, Linden Lab already maintains developer directory for
in-world content developers, which gets more than 2000 views per week.
http://secondlife.com/developers/directory.php

Now that we've released the source code for the viewer, we're adding a
section for software developers (like, oh, say, yourselves). Here's how
we describe software developers:
> Individuals or companies with in-house C/C++ programming expertise
> who offer customization and enhancement of the Second Life Viewer
> source code or can build products and services which utilize Linden
> Lab's Second Life APIs.

To be listed as a software developer in the directory, you need to meet
the criteria listed below.
  1) You have a signed Contribution Agreement on file with Linden Lab
  2) One or more of your code submissions have been accepted into the
Second Life viewer
  3) You have a valid business license

If you meet these criteria, go to
http://secondlife.com/developers/submission.php and select the Software
Developer category. We review submissions frequently and post new
submissions several times a week.

During an initial period, the listings will not be public; you will be
given a URL where you can view existing listings before we make the
Software Developer Directory page public. We anticipate making the page
public either when we get 5 listings, or within a few weeks.

So, if you're interested in this, we look forward to listing you in the
directory.

Thanks!
Rob
